We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. NotJustJewellery.com shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Our prices are also subject to change without notice. If a product offered by NotJustJewellery.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it within seven days in an unused condition.

Sizing

When ordering a ring we recommend that you follow one of the two steps outlined in Ring Size Guide to ensure you order the correct size, NotJustJewellery.com have no control over the information you provide and a postage fee will be incurred should a size swap occur.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Pricing

We do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices, however if a products correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If the products correct price is higher than our stated price, you will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices for delivery in the UK include delivery charges, unless expressly stated. All deliveries outside the UK incur a delivery charge which is specified when you place an order.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates, unless expressly stated.

Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

The total amount payable by all customers regardless of the means of payment will be the same, as NotJustJewellery.com will be incurring the cost of the respective handling fee on your behalf.
