Please read these conditions carefully before using the diamondart collections website. By using the diamondart website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future diamondart collections service, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without warning. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Electronic Communications
When you visit diamondart collections or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery
Delivery charges where applicable and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. All deliveries are made using a secure signed for service. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. As we process the order, we will inform you by e-mail if any product you order turn out to be unavailable. diamondart LLP shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Delivery Lead Times
For pendants, earrings, wristwear and accessories, despatch times are normally within three working days, however an item can show as up to 30 working days delivery but you can still go ahead with placing your order knowing that delivery will be within this extended time frame.

For engagement rings, wedding rings and eternity rings delivery lead time is 35 working days from placement of order.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

Product Descriptions
diamondart LLP attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. diamondart LLP cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions in the site and reserve the right to modify and correct errors at any time. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. If a product offered by diamondart collections is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it within seven days in an unused condition.

Policy on Conflict Diamonds
At diamondart LLP, we only purchase diamonds through the most respected suppliers who, like us are proud of and enforce their standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.

Ring Purchases - IMPORTANT
Before purchasing a DiamondLove ring it important that you understand that each ring is individually hand made to order and is specific to you. Once you have placed your order and we have accepted and have despatched your ring to you it cannot be returned, except where your ring has been received damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Sizing
When ordering a ring we recommend that you follow one of the two steps outlined in Ring Size Guide to ensure you order the correct size, diamondart LLP have no control over the information you provide.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Pricing
We do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices, however if a products correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If the products correct price is higher than our stated price, you will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices for delivery are specified when you place an order.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates, unless expressly stated.

Payment
we accept payment only by the credit and debit card advertised on this website. We do not accept cash, banker’s draft or cheque payment. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

Comparison buying
To keep our prices competitive, we do not allow comparison buying. This is the act of buying several of the same item, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes complicated restocking and inventory overheads all of which are costly.  Also read our Terms about Ring Purchases.

Returns
Please review our Returns Policy which applies to products purchased from us. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided in the order confirmation e-mail and in the Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your own personal and non-commercial use and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
