DiamondLove Returns Policy

All merchandise sold by diamondart LLP are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and quality inspected.

We have worked hard on photos and descriptions to make them as clear and accurate as possible. However, as colours and images vary depending on your monitor and browser, real diamonds and gemstones vary with every item we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. The measurements provided are as accurate as possible.
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return them New and Unused within 7 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or complete refund - please see note below and Terms and Conditions regarding Ring Purchases.

Please note that as each ring is individually hand made to order and is specific to you, that once you have placed your order and we have accepted and have despatched your ring to you it cannot be returned except where your ring has been received damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 
By new and unused condition we mean, in its original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full refund. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product and that the product must not be altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
 
Personalised and bespoke product is non-returnable unless goods are faulty!
 
Do not forget to include your name and address / email and whether you require refund or exchange. Failure to include these details will result in us not been able to process your return.

Due to Health and Safety laws, we cannot accept the return of Earrings unless the goods received by you are manufacturer faulty.  This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

Postage costs on the original order, where applicable as well as the return postage cannot be refunded, unless the items are manufacturer faulty or in-transit damaged.
 
We recommend when returning goods to us that you use a recorded ‘signed-for’ postal service for your own proof of return/delivery.
 
Damaged Goods

If your item/s arrive damaged or faulty please e-mail us within 48 hours, with your original confirmation e-mail, your e-mail address and phone number. diamondart LLP will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We will of course replace the item as well as your return postage without charge, upon return of the faulty item and all relevant paper work.
